Projected Revenue Leakage

Last Sunday night, while driving from the Bay Area to Silicon Slopes, Utah. We were faced with heavy fog, heavy snow, and slippery roads; which made our car go out of control. We were lucky to quickly gain control over our car by applying the simple instructions; we had learned from the driving handbook.

In most of the above situations, you should immediately take your foot off the gas pedal, and lightly and steadily apply pressure on the brakes. (If you don’t have anti-lock brakes on your vehicle, pump the brakes gently instead.) Shift into neutral and gently steer in the direction of the skid.

How does the above story link to Projected Revenue Leakage?

Similarly, if your revenue team does not have a clear handle on end-to-end revenue operational solutions – having marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams working together on a single platform, you will have fog (unclear) data, due to which your business may experience potential revenue leakages.
